Our products are quality-checked in Durban, South Africa before leaving. Lots of care goes into ensuring that you are getting what you ordered. Please make sure that you have carefully chosen the correct sizes and colours, as this cannot be changed once the order has been paid for. Due to the fact that our items are made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any of our products except for cases where the wrong item, size or colour was delivered.
If, for some reason, you have received what you feel is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@caritaadams.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any return requests must be communicated within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will work together to find the best, simplest solution to any issues
